Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, garment construction, materials, and measurement methods.

Minor variations in color, placement, stitching, printing, embroidery, sizing, or other production details that do not materially affect the overall appearance or intended use of the product will not necessarily be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, designs, customization options, pricing, or availability for future orders at any time.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered.

4. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

All products offered by Stitched Story are customized or made according to customer-selected options.

Customization may include, but is not limited to, names, text, designs, icons, colors, sizes, styles, placements, or other personalization details.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization information before submitting your order, including spelling, capitalization, size, color, style, design, placement, and any other selected options.

We generally produce customized products according to the information submitted with your order.

Because our products are customized specifically for each order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production, customization, fulfillment, or another stage where work has already begun.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel customization requests that contain unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CUSTOMIZATION INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that any names, text, images, designs, logos, artwork, or other materials you submit for customization are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

You may not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

By providing customization content to us, you grant us permission to use that content solely as reasonably necessary to process, produce, fulfill, deliver, and support your order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customization information that was submitted or approved by you.

Customer-provided customization content, including names, photographs, artwork, designs, and personalization details, will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate permission.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price shown at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges may be calculated separately during checkout where applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, technical, or calculation errors.

If a material pricing error affects your order, we may contact you to provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

We may reasonably limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.

Because our products are customized, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

Once an order has entered production, customization, fulfillment, or shipping, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If we are unable to ship your order within an applicable estimated or promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All products sold by Stitched Story are customized products.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, defective product claims, incorrect items, damaged items, and other related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
